Adam L. Covington
Principal Designer/Creative Director
Armed with a degree in design and a keen appreciation for the visual aesthetic, Adam Covington lives for transforming reality into beauty. Beauty born in the treatment Adam brings to each individual design, creating a textural, dimensional, customized landscape for the senses.
Adam's creative drive doesn't end with the work day. HIs regard for design carries over into his personal life with an affinity for automobiles and architecture. Adam is currently renovating his second home where he and his sidekick Finn reside. Faith, family, and friends provide Adam with opportunities to recharge, relax, and enjoy his time off.
Darwin Covington
Custom Design & Construction Manager
Darwin has spent his adult life with two jobs...first being Adam's dad (which honestly is a full time job) and secondly honing his construction and woodworking skills to master craftsman. He is a certified sign language interpreter for the deaf and is very involved with the Haiti Deaf Academy. When away from work he spends his evenings ballroom dancing with his lovely bride, Deb.
Krista Stepanek
Senior Designer/Floral Director
Krista is truly the backbone of the company and has been on team Covington since it's inception. Her intuitive design abilities help elevate Signature Studio and reinforce our excitement of transforming beauty into reality. Krista loves time spent with her family and her faith. A perfect day would involve a motorcycle ride and fried food. Maintaining an attitude of gratitude is her daily goal.
Ingrid Glessner
Stylist
Coming to us with a background in cosmetology, Ingrid holds dual licensure in cosmetology and cosmetology instruction. From elegant to edgy, Ingrid loves the transformation power of all things pretty. Ingrid's husband and kiddos are the catalysts that keep her going. She has a love of fashion which means she enjoys spending time doing some "retail therapy."
Finn
President/CEO
Finn came to Adam when he was two and a half years young and has ruled Adam's life since that fateful Friday evening. He enjoys napping, being outdoors helping with yard work, chewing on everything he shouldn't, and did we mention napping!? He spends his days in the office "supervising" the team and modeling for our styled shoots. His motto is "PRETTY AIN'T FREE."
